(USA) FS: closed stuff sale
This stuff sale is closed. Here is my 2017 stuff sale.
For posterity and to assist seekers, I am leaving this pointer to my post all about what keyboard and TrackPoint control chips are inside IBM UltraNav PS/2 Keyboard (Black, LA Spanish).

Re: FREE (USA): VAIO F-series replicator and PSU
If that stuff were for the FS series, I'd take you up on it.
Either way, kind of you to offer it. That's nice to see here.

*things added 27 May*
The bump button is missing, and it has been more than three days. I added small memory modules, ThinkPad book, and Ultrabay Zip drive.

Re: (USA) automobus stuff sale *added Ultrabay Slim multiburner*
I'll take the multiburner if it's still there. PM me your Paypal info.

Re: (USA) automobus stuff sale *added T23 and UBplus num.keypad*
To the top. UB slim multi-burner gone; VAIO AC adapter gone. Added T23, UltraBay Plus Device Carrier and Numeric Keypad, Multiple Battery Charger II.
Re: (USA) automobus stuff sale *Ultrabay Plus numeric keypad*
the numeric keypad is really cool. Only if I had a thinkpad that could use it. It feels like transformers thinkpad style.

Re: (USA) LF: non-Intel Mini-PCI wireless card (for a R51)
Apply the NO-1802 hack, and any card will work.
All it does is change one single bit in your BIOS.
By updating/reloading a BIOS, it will disappear and you'd have to redo it.
I would say probably thousands of people have applied this hack without any repercussion.

Re: (USA) FS: WD3200BEVE 320 Go PATA notebook HDD ($70)
Maybe I'm off my hinges, but I didn't read any pricing info for the UltraBay Plus Device Carrier and Numeric Keypad nor the Multiple Battery Charger II. Are those still available?

PS/2 UltraNav keyboard (added 2014-03-22)
(I am reusing this post, to preserve this information.)
IBM UltraNav PS/2 Keyboard
Black, LA Spanish
IBM Part Number: 42C0046 REV: R03
UPC-A: 000435879226
EAN: 5050689879225
Model No.: SK-8840
MFG: 2007-10-24
PRINT: 2007-10-24
REV: R03
FRU P/N: 42C0016
general style/series/family number: 42C0000
I do not like this for three reasons.
It uses TrackPoint caps, but it is not a real TrackPoint mechanism. It is a Synaptics TouchStyk. Controller boards of both TouchPad and TouchStyk are printed UL file number E164564 (SYNAPTICS HONG KONG LTD).
It does not use the same keyboard as Tforty or Rfifty: the key trace mesh is connected with a ZIF, not a mated press-down connector (as in every ThinkPad I encountered). This keyboard is a crummy typing experience, not as good as any ThinkPad keyboard. (For one thing, the scissor switches sometimes stick if force is not directed straight down.)
It has the same annoying NumLock behaviour as ThinkPads. (This is one way Dell laptops were better than ThinkPads: they had a setting, for NumLock overlay to apply only while pressing Fn.) If I again want to buy a ThinkPad-style keyboard for stationary PCs, then next time I will try to find SK-8835: USB with separate numeric keygroup.
Keyboard controller board: "SK-8840" "812-00795-00C VER.B" dated 0728.
TouchPad board: Sticker label reads "WH733-062" "TM-00269-004". Chip reads "T1004BG0727" "AFP236".
TouchStyk board: Synaptics, Inc S20-000312-01 RevA. Sticker label reads "TS42PIF005" "HT22707". Chip reads "T1004BG0716" "AF84GA".
I previously did not know, that TouchStyk uses not strain gauge technology, but rather capacitive technology. It uses same controller as TouchPad: Synaptics T1004B. This microchip is square with twelve pins per side (total 48 pins), pin density is two per millimetre. I guess this IC is newer than and similar to Synaptics T1004, which was renamed T1004A.

Hello. Do you still have either one of the routers? If so how much would you want for one or both of them? I live in Weston,WV 26452. And how big is the IDE hard drive?
