Upgrading screen from HD+ to FHD.

Hello all, I'd like swap my screen from HD+ to FHD? Is it possible and does it works? But before I buy screen for my laptop, I want to know where is safe to buy screens (original parts), in UK please. I don't want buy fakes or something else like this. If I'm correct, looking for FRU: 04W1544.
