E420 thermal paste application

hey guys, since my e420 is overheating, thought i'd get rid of the old paste and reapply some new stuff. I already got the products (article silver arcticlean and artic silver 5). Does anyone have an easy to follow guide to taking apart my e420? thanks!

Hard to beat the hardware maintenance manual that Lenovo provide on their website. Just follow the instructions step by step and you should be fine.
