Need audio driver and ethernet control driver for x31/win7

I have an old IBM thinkpad x31 that I just installed windows 7. I had audio controller & ethernet controller with yellow exclamation marks. When I clicked on update drivers, no drivers were found. So, I need audio driver and ethernet controll driver. Could anyone please give a link? Thanks.

Maybe the XP drivers are worth a shot, then try Windows Update.

Maybe the XP drivers are worth a shot, then try Windows Update.

I have tried the XP drivers, but an error message shows: they are not comparitable for Wins 7. How to do a windows update while the laptop's internet does not work because it needs the ethernet driver? Thanks.
