Windows 10 Fresh Start

My question is about Fresh Start with Windows 10. It re-installs Windows 10 but how well does that work on a Thinkpad. All of the drivers would come from Windows, not Lenovo, and the Lenovo factory installed software would be missing. Has anyone done a Fresh Start on a Thinkpad and if so what were the results? I have an E570. Thanks.
