[W530] How to find a genuine UKE Backlit Keyboard

I am trying to find a new Backlit UKE (UK Enhanced?) genuine keyboard for my W530.

I found one on eBay which is FRU: 04X1382 CS12 B/L KBD UKE SRX - Secondary

What does Secondary mean?

How can I tell by the photos if the keyboard is genuine?

Should I be looking for a Primary keyboard instead?

Where do others get their keyboards from?

That SRX is not even "Secondary", according to other users it should be "Last-And-Only-If-You-Are-Desperate".
Look for at least a Chicony (CHY) or better: LiteOn (LTN) keyboard.

And do you really need KB backlight?
After all that W530 still has the Thinklight (near the webcam)!
