X220 SD card reader not working with fresh windows 10 installation

Hello, I was wondering if you could help me with the SD card reader on my X220. After a fresh installation of windows 10, the card reader does not appear. There is no 'memory' device nor 'USB mass storage' in device manager.

The card reader is PCIe, not USB, so you shouldn't look for 'USB Mass Storage' anyways. It powers down and won't appear until you put a card in. If after putting a card in, you still don't see it (the memory card) in disk manager, then you should have some unknown device in Device Manager, which you can search for a driver for.

Without the driver it will show up as an unknown device (PCI vendor ID: 1180, device ID: E823).
