T440s keyboard backlite

Good morning from Germany!

Im new to ThinkPad stuff and my first TP is a T440s, bought yesterday in a normal used condition.
CPU: i7-4600
RAM: 4 GB
256 GB SSD
Full HD with 1920 x 1080

First thing I noticed was the unactivated Windows 10 home.
No big deal, installing Windows 7 pro 64 bit from USB using a original Lenovo recovery cd.
Updating to W10 pro 64 bit (1903) was easy. I found "Lenovo System Update" to get all drivers and the latest BIOS.
On this 440s BIOS version 2.47 from 01.03.2018 is installed.

First question: is that the latest BIOS version?
Second question: at startup the keyboard backlite is working (for a couple of seconds) but turns off afterwards
How can I switch the backlite on?

yes, I googled for it b4 I post it and it says version 2.41 is latest.
BUT: on my T440s is 2.47. Thats the reason why I was just asking...

Look at the pic, msconfig32 reports 2.47
