Finding parts help

Hello All,

So I've acquired an A31P mobile workstation in mint 'physical' condition, that being said; love this model so I want to fix its otherwise many of problems if within a reasonable budget. So, first off,I notice one of the ram bays isn't reading, and the other seems to keep freezing up. Sounds like motherboard...i think. So as I look for a reasonably priced mothbrd I thought, ill max the p4 to the 2.6ghz model, why not if it's going to be taken apart and put back together. Then, I somehow found myself; pressed between a few different products. which I separately linked below.

I can't open your feebay link but the rest of the prices are outright insane.

I see no point in putting a 2.6GHz CPU nowadays, it's not going to make a dent in the (lack of) performance one way or another. Stick with 2.0 which will run cooler.

Boards are very hard to find, you may want to keep on top of feebay, and snag a complete system.

That's an A30 board on feebay that won't work for your needs AND is overpriced.

I was watching this thread, and the link yesterday was for what RBS is showing, but now it has changed to an A30 for $74. Odd! Now I feel like I HAVE BEEN DRINKING!!!

This was on my T430...clicked the link two times about 30 seconds from each other in two windows....I got this.

Cleaned all my cookies, logged out from eBay.
Then I tried Waterfox, Firefox and Internet Explorer, but that eBay link keeps pointing to an X40 mobo.
And if I go to "Advanced search" on ebay.com for worldwide, with 1900233382, that item plain doesn't exist! WTF?
