What's the difference between IBM ThinkPad Dock II, Type 2877 and 2631?
W701ds: i7-940XM - 32GB DDR3 - 256GB SSD + 128GB SSD + 1TB HDD - FX 2800M - 17" 1920x1200 + 10" 768x1280 - ODD - Dock - Wacom - Calibrator
701R: Intel Atom x7-Z8750 - 8GB - 256GB eMMC - 1920x1200 @ 10.1" - 701C Keyboard - WIP
T530: i5-3210M - 8GB DDR3 - 15.6" 1600x900 FS

2631 is Thinkpad Dock. 2877 is Thinkpad Dock II. For starts, it supports more laptops (T40/R50 series).

If I was to use it with an A31p would there be any difference?
