x220 speaker upgrade advice?

Have anyone successfully upgraded with XPS 13 (8DCR4) speakers?
I've bought Nexus 6p speakers for my x220, but till they arrived read about some possibly better options: XPS 13, Macbook pro A1278, Yoga 900. Would like some advice with witch speakers to go.

You can try the upgrade, but if the D/A converters and audio amp are crap you could install Genelec 8010A's it they will still sound like crap.
