Windows 10 updated lastest update 1909 slow

So long story short, after several updates in my T450, now my windows 10 is the 1909 Build 18363.719 and it pretty much ruin my experience.

Before the update, everything works like a charm, all fast and efficient, after i did the updates - well, i have to otherwise it gonna annoy me with the notification - then booting be like longer than before, everytime i try to open apps such like chrome it needs longer time than before, many times i have to restart because it wont even go to homescreen or it missing the power icon ( battery icon in the taskbar )

allready try to clean up everything i could, nothing change.

i even consider to using W7 again just to make my work day as peacefull as it was, but then im thinking about the security because the windows 7 is out of support now.

just finished download W10 1909 ISO, but i still waiting for another advice ( reinstall the OS by clean install is the last option )

i5300U
512GB M2 2242 SSD TEAM
16GB RAM

- Scan all the files, CLEAN from virus etc
- Check the SSD speed, all good 500-450MB/S R/W

Looks like corrupted installation to me. Try running chkdsk c: /f, and if that doesn't do the trick, reinstall from scratch should do the trick.
I have 1909 on the likes of a maxed out Latitude D830 with NVS 135M (the direct competitor to T61) and I have no problems with it.
