x220 palm rest FRU not in Lenovo Maintenance Manual

I keep finding this FRU online for an x220 palm rest:

04X3780

However, in the x220 Hardware Maintenance Manual it only lists these three:

04W1410
04W1411
04W1770

Does anyone know where 04X3780 comes from and what it is?

Probably not original. It's also likely that they're using the ASM part # (which is in the same format) and not the FRU #.

They have "compatible with 4291xxx" listed.
It looks like it is a genuine FRU number.

To be fair, it's easy to claim that it's original when it's not. The FRU # could be a part that was added later, and the HMM might not have been updated to reflect this.

Whether the palmrests they are selling are genuine or not, I don't know, but the FRU 04X3780 comes up on https://support.lenovo.com/lk/en/partslookup.
