Broken Capacitor (T420) (Fixed)

The Laptop still works but i want to replace it just to be safe.
It would be nice if anyone can tell me where I can get a replacement (not worth buying a new MB).

I have a similar problem ...Capacitor C1316 has what parameters? Does anyone have a table or diagram where this would be described? well thank you

C1316 = same as C1318 above.

No + - on those capacitors, either way will fit/work.
