T61 long post on Windows 10

Hi,

After upgrading to windows 10, my T61 seems to run an extended memory test on every startup, increasing the POST time considerably. I suddenly got the idea last night to inactivate the TPM due to a possible incompatibility between it and Windows 10, and it worked. Does anyone know why exactly this happens? (It seems to happen on every -61 series running windows 10, and Middleton's bios doesn't seem to fix it)

Machine Specs:
- Core 2 Duo T8300
- Intel GMA X3100
- 4GB RAM
- Kingston A400 480GB SSD
- Middleton BIOS

Check the BIOS to make sure boot is set to Quick and not Diagnostics.
