x220 palmrest is part number 04X3780 original?

I'm after a genuine palmrest (without FPR) for non-tablet x220. I've seen a seller with P/N 04X3780 and they say it original. However, the x220 maintenance manual lists P/N 04W1411.

I found 04X3780 on Lenovo Encompass:

1) Is 04X3780 an original part?
2) Is everything on Lenovo Encompass after-market/non-original?
3) The x220 palmrest with FPR says something about an additional mSATA. Is this worth getting/you can't use mSATA without this?

No idea... I can just say that the knock off palm rests from aliexpress do work

I have 3 versions of the X220 HMM.
None of them show 04X3780, but they have these:
Palmrest without FPR: 04W1411 or 04W2183
Palmrest without FPR with mSATA: 04W2146. (Don't know what this one does.)

And you will see that, indeed, 04X3780 is a replacement FRU for the original palmrest FRUs.
