Excellent read!

Immediately brought back "fond" memories of the many lost hours trying to keep alive my 1972 Triumph Tiger motorcycle back then that had this exact problem with its' Lucas electrics.

Ahh...if I'd only known about the secret factory "fix", I would have reclaimed all that wasted time by riding instead of cursing .
