Hello people there !
Well, I would ask for informations about my Thinkpad R61 model 7735-CTO (14,1", fingerprint reader and Core 2 Duo T7100).
- How to know if it has a turbo memory card inside (1 Go) from Intel without disassembling it ? I had an old one I couldn't repair and this old one had it.
- Does this 7735-CTO has an integrated webcam ? I read some R61 had one but it seems a strange information...
- Why this model is labelled 7735-CTO on the case but the software shows 7733-WAQ ? And what means "CTO" ? CTR would be OK for me but not CTO...
Thanks a lot !!!
Best Christmas as possible !

About the R61 7735-CTO
Re: About the R61 7735-CTO
Hi and welcome to the forum!
-CTO means "configured to order" or "customized to order". These are machines which were customized on Lenovo's website, either in individual or bulk orders, as opposed to being based on an existing 'Topseller' configuration.
This means, unfortunately, that it is difficult to know which specs a particular CTO unit comes with.
Some CTO units (probably bulk order) had a secondary 'product ID'. The 7733-WAQ may be one such ID. Does it appear on the sticker under the type number? If so, these should be the specs:
https://tp.krelay.de/index.php?type=7733WAQ
If not, the SW may just be misreading it for some reason.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Re: About the R61 7735-CTO
Hello Dr_St,
Thank you for your help !!!
The label on the case juste shows 7735-CTO, the ID "7733-WAQ" is given by softwares used to identify material and composants such as SIW.
But the link you gave me shows accurately the actual configuration of this R61 when entering the 7733-WAQ ID.
Merry Christmas and Best wishes from France !
