Motorola Razr V3m Stuck on bootloader

I wanted to get some images and contacts off my Motorola Razr V3m "Verizon" It was working fine last time I used it. I put it on the charge as I know the battery was going to be dead and I went to power it on and I get this screen here. BOOTLOADER USB INIT. https://www.reddit.com/r/dumbphones/com ... ootloader/

I cannot do anything else. I even went and got out my old IBM ThinkCentre A50p tower and booted up its XP Pro with the Motorola manager software that would update these phones and its firmware. Did it for a few people that use to have these phones as I had the Verizon Motorola updater Manager software. When I plug in the phone and click on check for devices I get "The Motorola Update Manager was unable to detect your device". You can hear the USB XP sound when I plug it in but not detecting. I would try to use the Lenovo/Motorola software updater but that is for smartphones and probably wouldn't detect this one.

I plugged the phone into my desktop and went to device manager and shows up as Flash MSM6500 in other devices. I don't know if it is because it is in flash mode or not.

Either it's in service/flashing mode, or the internal flash storage is worn out.
