This is the best working version of BIOS dump for W520 with clean ME. If you have ME problems, this fixes it. Remove BIOS chip, backup, clean, write new BIOS using Xgecu T48, CH341B, EZP and the like. After programming upgrade to whatever BIOS version you like. BIOS comes from vlab.su forums and usually to download it you'd have to use site credit.

Tested, working.




NOTE: might have problems with path due to Cyrillic characters, rename the bin.


P.S. Hot air isn't best option around BIOS chip on W520 due to heavy grounding, takes a lot of heat to remove it, melts plastic around the chip. Use solder iron and rose's alloy instead. C210 C425 WQ or T12 knife blade is ideal for this. After, clean alloy and solder from pads and chip legs.
