Upgrading screen from HD+ to FHD.

Hello all, I'd like swap my screen from HD+ to FHD? Is it possible and does it works? But before I buy screen for my laptop, I want to know where is safe to buy screens (original parts), in UK please. I don't want buy fakes or something else like this. If I'm correct, looking for FRU: 04W1544.
Thinkpad W520 42844LG: Intel i7 2760QM/32Gb RAM/500Gb HDD/NVidia Quadro Cuda and Intel Graphic/Windows 8 Pro x64
Thinkpad T400 2768EE2: Intel Core 2 Duo P8600/4Gb RAM/160Gb HDD/ATI 3400HD and Intel Graphic card/Windows 8 Pro x64
